Something Moved at
the Top of the Staircase
These Black & White, 8" x 8",
charcoal drawings are a series of five works. The concept for each
illustration was to add something that would lead the viewer to the final
image. "Something moved at the top of the staircase," the title
for the first image, focuses on the cloak at the top of the stairs. In
subsequent images, a glass skull, pitchfork, and sickle's reflection in
a mirror lead up to the final image - Death.
